Nine panel families, engineered to the project
Nothing here is a catalogue item. Each family below lists the information we need from you to quote accurately — send what you have and we will tell you what is missing.
PCC Panels
Incoming and outgoing power control and distribution assemblies for the main LT supply, built to the fault level and busbar rating agreed for the project.
Specification inputs we need
Incomer rating and type, fault level (kA/1s), busbar material and rating, outgoing feeder schedule, metering and protection relays, form of separation.

MCC Panels
Motor control assemblies with starters, protection and metering — DOL, star-delta, soft start and drive feeders in fixed, draw-out or intelligent configurations.
Specification inputs we need
Motor schedule with kW and starter type, control voltage, protection philosophy, interlocks, remote I/O and communication protocol.

APFC Panels
Automatic power factor correction with staged capacitor switching, detuned reactors where harmonics demand it, and RTPFC options for fast-changing loads.
Specification inputs we need
Connected load, target power factor, existing PF, harmonic profile, step sizing, detuned or standard, contactor or thyristor switching.

VFD / Drive Panels
Drive panels with control, bypass and cooling arrangements, engineered around the drive make and duty the application requires.
Specification inputs we need
Drive make and rating, duty cycle, bypass requirement, cooling method, ambient temperature, cable entry and EMC filtering.

Distribution Panels
PDB and downstream distribution boards for organised distribution, wall-mounted or floor-standing to suit the installation.
Specification inputs we need
Incomer and outgoing ways, MCB/MCCB ratings, mounting type, IP rating, cable entry direction.

DG Synchronization Panels
Synchronising panels for automatic paralleling, load sharing and changeover of multiple DG sets, with optional mains paralleling.
Specification inputs we need
Number and rating of DG sets, controller make, mains paralleling required or not, load sharing mode, AMF requirement, protection grading.

Custom LT Panels
Control and automation panels built to a written control sequence — process interlocks, PLC and HMI integration, and site-specific environmental protection.
Specification inputs we need
Control narrative, I/O list, PLC/HMI make, interface signals, environment (dust, moisture, corrosion), language of labelling.

HT Panels
Medium-voltage switchgear for incoming supply, switching and protection, coordinated with the LT assemblies downstream.
Specification inputs we need
System voltage and fault level, VCB rating, CT/PT ratios, protection relay make, busbar arrangement, utility approval requirement.

Bus Ducts
Sandwich bus trunking for high-current distribution runs where cabling becomes impractical — a growing line at the Shivanagar works.
Specification inputs we need
Current rating, conductor material, route length and layout, IP rating, fire barriers, tap-off box schedule.

Enclosure and segregation options
| Area | Options | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Modular sections | Standard cubicles, stackable sections, provision for future extension, compartment layout | Extension bays sized at design stage so the lineup can grow without rework |
| Material | CRCA sheet or Aluzinc | Thickness agreed per assembly; Aluzinc where corrosion exposure justifies it |
| Access | Front access or front and rear access | Maintenance clearances confirmed against your room layout |
| Protection | IP rating to suit the installation | Indoor, outdoor and washdown environments handled differently |
| Internal segregation | Form 2B, Form 3B or Form 4B | Applied where applicable and agreed for each assembly |
| Finish | Multi-tank pretreatment, electrostatic powder coating | Shade to your specification; RAL 7032 standard unless stated |
Forms of internal separation, side by side
The most-asked question in an enquiry. Separation decides how safely a live panel can be worked on, and it changes the price.
