Incoming material
Sheet, busbar and components are checked against the approved bill of materials and makes before release to production.
In-process checks
Stage checks between fabrication, finishing, assembly and wiring keep dimensions, clearances and torque in order.
Finish checks
Coated parts are inspected for finish and coverage before they reach assembly.
Routine test and FAT
Routine tests to the agreed schedule, witnessed where the contract requires it, with records issued.
